Jack Witmer, Chairman of the Board,
former CEO McGraw-Hill Education

Jack is one of the most respected executives in the educational publishing business. Outstanding achievement and a commitment to excellence and integrity are the hallmarks of his 40-year career. Jack began his publishing career in 1958 at the Harper & Row school division, where he was quickly promoted to vice president of sales and marketing. In 1969, he accepted the presidency of Benziger Publishing, which had annual revenues of $2 million. After mergers, the company name was changed to Glencoe, and Jack was named president. Jack led the company through an acquisition to McGraw-Hill in 1989, where it has become one of the largest operating companies within McGraw-Hill Education with annual revenues of $400 million. In 1996, he became President of the entire McGraw-Hill Education Publishing group including Glencoe, SRA, CTB, and McGraw-Hill School. After record growth, Jack was promoted to President of the Educational and Professional Publishing group with annual revenues of approximately $2 billion. Jack retired on March 1, 2000, and currently serves as a consultant to Harold McGraw III and as a board member for Carus Publishing, located in Peru and Chicago.

Mr. Tim Loudermilk, CEO Trivantis Corporation, former CEO, CollegeView
Tim is a seasoned entrepreneur of one of the industry's fastest growing e-learning companies. As the founder, President, and CEO of Trivantis, Tim has the led the company from concept state to it current meteoric rise. With the flagship product Lectora Publisher, Trivantis enjoys an impressive list of clients, including Procter & Gamble, 3M, Wells Fargo, Blackboard, and Saba. Under Tim's leadership, Lectora Publisher has become the only course authoring tool on the market to be AICC certified and SCORM compliant. Prior to founding Trivantis, Tim was the founder, President, and CEO of CollegeView, which was acquired by Hobson's, a division of the London Daily Mail. CollegeView pioneered career education applications on the Internet as well as automate the college application process. Prior to CollegeView, Tim cultivated his business and marketing acumen in a variety of posts with Procter & Gamble, including brand management for several market-leading consumer goods. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Ohio State, a Masters of Business Administration from Ohio State, and a J.D. from Northern Kentucky Chase School of Law.

Mr. Mark Richey, Sr. VP, divine, inc., CEO, Synchrony, Inc.
With more than 14 years of high technology sales, marketing and consulting experience, founder Mark Richey has grown Synchrony to its present size of more than 130 employees in four cities. Prior to founding Synchrony, Mark worked with Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories and Siebel System in the Silicon Valley. Mark has held key position in most functional areas, including strategic planning, marketing, sales, and software engineering for companies such as Sybase Corporation, Carlisle Systems Group, Insight Technology Corporation, Theodore Barry & Associates, Digital Controls Corporation, and Cincom Systems. Mark is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, the Business Advisory Council of Miami University's Richard T. Farmer School of Business Administration, a founding board member of Main Street Ventures, and Co-Chair of the Capital Formation Committee of the Cincinnati Regional Technology Initiative led by Procter & Gamble CEO A.G. Lafley. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in systems analysis from Miami University, and holds a Masters of Management degree from the J.L Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
